Effective Date: September 3, 2026

At Disayana Digital, we undertake services based on the requirements, timelines, and scope agreed upon with the client. The following cancellation terms apply to all digital marketing and related services.

1. Cancellation by Client

The client may request cancellation of services by providing written notice to the agency.

If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the client will remain liable for payment for the work completed, services provided, resources allocated, and any non-refundable third-party expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

For monthly services such as social media management, SEO, paid advertising management, content marketing, or other recurring services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees already paid for the ongoing billing period will not be refundable once the services have commenced.

3. Project-Based Services

For projects such as website development, branding, graphic design, video production, or content creation, cancellation after commencement may result in charges for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any advance or booking amount may be retained against work completed, resources committed, and expenses incurred.

4. Advertising Campaigns

Cancellation of advertising management services does not automatically cancel advertising campaigns or third-party charges. Any advertising budget already committed or spent on platforms such as Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms will be subject to the respective platform’s policies.

5. Client Delays

If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, content, access, payments, or other materials necessary to complete the work, the project timeline may be extended accordingly.

Such delays will not automatically entitle the client to cancel the service or receive a refund.

6. Cancellation by Agency

The agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make payments, breaches the agreed terms, provides misleading or unlawful information, or engages in conduct that prevents the agency from reasonably delivering the services.

In such cases, amounts already paid may not be refundable.

7. Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [Email Address]. The effective cancellation date will be determined based on the applicable service agreement, proposal, or written confirmation between the agency and the client.

8. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, the agency may discontinue further work and revoke access to agency-managed services, accounts, campaigns, or resources, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

Cancellation does not waive any outstanding payment obligations incurred before the effective cancellation date.

9. Agreement Terms

Where a signed agreement, proposal, quotation, or statement of work contains specific cancellation terms, those terms will take precedence over this general Cancellation Policy.

By engaging [Agency Name], the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy and the applicable terms of the service agreement.
