Effective Date: September 3, 2026

Digital marketing, ads, social, websites, SEO and related work is generally non-refundable once started.

1. Advances

Booking amounts, retainers and project fees are non-refundable after work begins.

2. Monthly services

Monthly fees are payable in advance and not refunded for a period that has started. Stop with written notice per the quote.

3. Projects

Payments for completed or in-progress website, brand or content work are not refunded. Cancellation after start may retain fees for work and third-party costs.

4. Ad budget

Google, Meta and similar spend is separate from our fee. Unused media follows the platform.

5. Third parties

Hosting, domains, software and stock are not refunded by us unless that vendor refunds.

6. Results

We do not refund because a rank, lead count or ROAS target was missed, unless a written guarantee said otherwise.

7. Requests

Write to mail@disayana.com. Where a refund is agreed, we aim for 7–14 business days via the original method.
